1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website panashcatering.com and any catering, event space, or related services provided by PaNash Eurosoul Catering & Event Space (“PaNash,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a business located at 144-14 243rd St, Rosedale, NY 11422.

By accessing our website, submitting a quote request, booking our services, or entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Offered

PaNash offers the following services:

• Onsite and offsite full-service catering (private events, corporate events, weddings, birthday parties, bar packages, and more)
• Event space rental (Casablanca Room and Marrakesh Room)
• A la carte catering menu ordering
• Event planning and coordination support

Service details, pricing, and availability are subject to change. All services are subject to a separate written service agreement or booking contract.

3. Bookings and Reservations
   a) Quote Requests
   Submitting a quote request through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed upon execution of a signed service agreement and receipt of the required deposit.
   b) Deposit
   A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The deposit amount will be specified in your service agreement. Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any additional terms in the service agreement.
   c) Final Payment
   Final payment is due as specified in the service agreement. Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of services.
   d) Minimum Guest Counts
   Certain packages may have minimum guest count requirements. Your service agreement will specify applicable minimums.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
   a) Cancellation by Client

• • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@panashcatering.com
  • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event date may result in forfeiture of additional payments made, as specified in your service agreement

    b) Rescheduling

• • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made in writing at least 30 days prior to the original event date
  • PaNash will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling but cannot guarantee alternative availability

   c) Cancellation by PaNash
      In the rare event PaNash must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, natural disaster, public health emergency, etc.), we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide a credit. Our liability in such cases is limited to amounts already paid.

5. SMS Terms of Service

By opting into SMS from our web forms, you agree to receive text messages from PaNash Eurosoul Catering & Events LLC. You can expect to receive messages regarding catering inquiries, event coordination, reservations, billing, and occasional promotional updates such as seasonal menus or upcoming venue events.

6. Event Space Rules

Clients booking the Casablanca Room, Marrakesh Room, or any PaNash event space agree to the following:

• The space must be used only for the purpose stated in the booking agreement
• Capacity limits must not be exceeded at any time, in compliance with New York City and New York State fire and safety codes
• Clients are responsible for the conduct of their guests
• No illegal substances are permitted on the premises
• Alcohol service is subject to New York State Liquor Authority regulations; PaNash reserves the right to refuse service to intoxicated individuals
• Decorations must be pre-approved; open flames, glitter, and confetti are prohibited unless expressly permitted
• Clients are responsible for any damage to the venue caused by themselves or their guests; repair costs will be billed accordingly

7. Food and Beverage

• All food and beverage provided by PaNash is prepared in compliance with applicable New York State and New York City Department of Health regulations
• PaNash will make reasonable accommodations for dietary restrictions and allergies when notified in advance; however, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment
• Outside food and beverage may not be brought onto PaNash premises without prior written approval
• Leftover food is subject to our food safety policies and may not always be available for client take-home

8. Alcohol Service

PaNash’s alcohol service operates in compliance with New York State Liquor Authority (NYSLA) regulations. We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service to any individual who appears intoxicated
• Request valid government-issued ID from any guest appearing under 30 years of age
• Cease alcohol service at our discretion if required for safety or regulatory compliance

Clients assume responsibility for ensuring their guests comply with applicable alcohol laws. PaNash shall not be liable for any incidents arising from the actions of intoxicated guests after they have left our premises.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on panashcatering.com – including text, photographs, logos, graphics, and videos – is the property of PaNash Eurosoul Catering & Event Space or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by New York law:

• PaNash’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• PaNash is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind
• PaNash is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather events, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions

11. Photography and Media

PaNash may photograph or video-record events for promotional and marketing purposes. By booking our services, you grant PaNash permission to use event photographs or video for marketing, social media, and promotional materials, unless you notify us in writing prior to your event that you do not consent to such use.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
